First Hip Hop concert at United Spirit Arena canceled

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Jay-Z concert set for November 17th at the United Spirit Arena has been canceled.

The show's promoter, Live Nation, blamed the cancellation on a scheduling conflict. All tickets purchased can be refunded starting Saturday at the Select-A-Seat office at the Civic Center.
