Man Unfairly Arrested in China

On January 22nd, Dr. Charles Li was detained in China after arriving at the Guangzhou Airport. Li says he was unfairly arrested for his religious beliefs. He practices a form of meditation called Falun Gong, a practice that is illegal in China.

On top of that, Li says that he's been threatened with false charges that could lead to 15 years in a Chinese prison. The U.S. Embassy has been trying to bring Li back to the United States, and you can also help. (Click here) to sign an online petition that will be sent to President Bush.
