Grand Jury could indict four murder suspects

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock County Grand Jury is deciding if there is enough evidence to indict four murder suspects.

Delia Rios, Albaloro Castillo, and Armin Tavarez are charged in the murder of a 32-year-old Lubbock man on June 24th.

Sheriff's deputies found James Ledbetter stabbed to death at his home in northwest Lubbock County, in the 6900 block of County Road 6300.

Ruben Garcia may also stand indicted for a double murder on October 1st.

Police say 27-year-old Garcia fatally stabbed a man and a woman at a home in the 2000 block of 64th Street. Police say he got into an argument with one of the victims at a pool hall. Another argument broke out during a party at the house. Both 28-year-old Rudy Vela and 27-year-old Jessica Hernandez died at the scene. Another woman was treated and released.
