Lubbock cancer patient pays tribute Saturday night at Cactus

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – He is perhaps one of the most high profile cancer patients in Lubbock and thankful that against all odds, he has kicked cancer twice.  Now singer and songwriter Donnie Allison is holding a benefit concert Saturday night at the Cactus to give back to UMC's Southwest Cancer Treatment and Research Center.

The event is called Donnie Allison's Celebrating Today, but he has a lot of talented guests joining him in this benefit concert Saturday night at 7:30 p.m.  Tickets are $30 and available through the Cactus Theatre Box Office.
