Grand Jury indicts Garcia in double murder

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Lubbock County Grand Jury indicts a man charged with double murder.

Ruben Garcia was indicted in the October 1st stabbing deaths of 28-year-old Rudy Vela and 27-year-old Jessica Hernandez. Police say 27-year-old Garcia killed Vela and Hernandez at a home in the 2000 block of 64th Street.

The grand jury decided to pass on the murder cases of Delia Rios, Albaloro Castillo, and Armin Tavarez in the June death of 32-year-old James Ledbetter.
