LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - New developments in an international custody battle involving a Brownfield man. Last month, NewsChannel 11 told you about Jason Hook. His ex wife fled to Israel with their son back in July, four days before a Lubbock judge was to decide who would get custody of their son Gideon.
Since she failed to appear, Hook was given temporary sole custody. He traveled to Israel to present his case to an Israeli judge. And now, Hook tells us the judge in Israel ruled in his favor, and ordered Gideon be returned to his father. The mother has seven days to file an appeal.
