Heflin announces new aide

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -State Representative Joe Heflin announced a new aide for his office. Heflin chose Robbye Appling as his district administrative aide in the Crosbyton office.

Appling grew up and spent most of her life in the area. She graduated from Crosbyton High School, and received a degree from West Texas A&M in Canyon.
