LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A South Plains doctor is in trouble with state regulators. The Texas Medical Board says Dr. Charles F. Bailey of Snyder failed to perform certain examinations on a patient who was at risk for intra-cranial bleeding.
Dr. Bailey agreed to get medication education on several issues including the treatment of head injuries. The medical board announced the agreement on Friday.
