Grand Jury indicts three on lesser charge

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Lubbock County Grand Jury indicts three murder suspects on the lesser charge of manslaughter.

Delia Rios, Albaloro Castillo, and Armin Tavarez stand indicted for manslaughter in the death of a 32-year-old Lubbock man on June 24th.

Sheriff's deputies found James Ledbetter stabbed to death at his home in northwest Lubbock County in the 6900 block of County Road 6300.

 No word yet on why the charges were downgraded.

One man is dead and three suspects are in the Lubbock County Jail after an early morning murder Wednesday. Investigators say 32-year-old James Ledbetter died from stab wounds in his own home.
