Unruly passenger pleads guilty after being arrested at Lubbock airport in August.


LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - An unruly passenger is now on probation after forcing a plane to make an emergency landing in Lubbock.

The FBI arrested Justin Buchholtz in August after Air-Tran flight 58 landed at the Lubbock International Airport.

Prosecutors say he hit his mother and threatened flight attendants after being denied alcohol.

Buchholtz pleaded guilty to assault and is now serving five years probation.
