Former Levelland Deputy Pleads Guilty

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Four more people charged in the Levelland methamphetamine drug bust this summer are waiting to be sentenced after pleading guilty on Thursday.

One of those was Hockley County's former narcotics officer Jesse Quintanilla. He pleaded guilty to misprision of a felony.

This means that Quintanilla failed to report knowledge of a felony being committed.

Quintanilla could face three years in prison.

The other three who pleaded guilty include Clifford Leroy Clark, Stephanie Renee McKee and Marvin Lee Whittington.
