Nurses needed due to H1N1 clinics

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Registered nurses looking to make some money for the holiday season are in luck.

A company called Nursefinders hopes to hire 100 to 150 nurses before the end of the year, and they offer signing bonuses of up to $2000.

The City of Lubbock and several smaller groups have contracted them to staff H1N1 vaccine clinics, and because of this, the smaller company has seen a shortage of nurses locally.

"Giving care givers additional options outside of full time jobs, and right now with the holidays coming up, and especially with the flu clinics, we have a ton of options to offer care givers," says Skip Lowe, the Nursefinders Regional VP.

For more information, you can contact Nursefinders at (806) 799-4868.
