LP&L looking to improve customer service, document says

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock Power & Light wants to have better customer service.  That's what public records indicate as LP&L invites consultants to apply for an upcoming contract. 

The consultant will create instructions for LP&L to maximize customer satisfaction for electric, water, storm water, sewer and garbage collection services. 

Potential contractors must submit their qualifications by December 17th.
