Hundreds on South Plains take BUST pledge

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The number of people who have taken the BUST pledge nears the 400 mark. Sports Director Pete Christy visited Roosevelt High School Monday to encourage students and teachers to take the BUST pledge.

"You have a voice, one person does and hopefully save some lives. I brought the pledge with me - all it is between you and yourself," said Christy.

Over the weekend - nearly 200 hundred people at Calvary Baptist Church in Brownfield also took the pledge.
