LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - An update on a multi-state rape suspect who could be linked to unsolved Lubbock crimes.

Robert Howard Bruce, 47, has been linked by DNA to a 2006 rape in Pueblo, Colorado. He now faces charges of sexual assault, first degree burglary, assault, and menacing. Bruce is suspected in 11 cases - both rapes and stalkings - in New Mexico and Texas.

Right now, police have not charged Bruce as a suspect in the Lubbock cases, all of which happened in 2005. But, they do believe there is a possible link.
