LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock Police take one into custody following a late night accident along Interstate-27. A witness told our photojournalist on the scene the driver of a white, Chevy pick-up swerved in front of her on the interstate Friday night.
She says the truck hit her white Cadillac. She says the pick-up then went over the embankment, while her car crashed into the guardrail just south of the 82nd Street overpass.
Police took the driver of the pick-up into custody following a sobriety check. Authorities have yet to release his name.
