LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The future of Lubbock's Parks and Recreation Department is up for discussion. Before writing a master plan the city will hold public hearings in January to ask for citizen input. These meeting will be from January 19th through January 28th. Topics include indoor recreation, outdoor recreation, and park maintenance.
