LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -Plainview Police say the County Attorney will decide whether to move forward on a case against a middle school student accused of a threat against her school.
Authorities told the Plainview Daily Herald that they're looking to hand-writing experts to help build their case against the 7th grader accused of writing a threatening message on a bathroom stall at Coronado Junior High last week. Investigators say all they're pursuing right now is a graffiti charge.
