2009 U-Can-Share Food Drive wraps up exceeding its goal

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – The 2009 U-Can-Share food drive finished above its goal of 500,000 pounds of food.  The final tally Saturday night was 536,692 pounds of food and raised $102,259.37 monetary donations

NewsChannel 11 and the South Plains Food Bank would like to thank everyone in our community that participated and our corporate sponsors for making this annual event a huge success.
