Littlefield Man Gets 70 Year Sentence - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Littlefield man will likely spend the rest of his life in prison for sexually assaulting a 97-year-old woman. Twenty-two year old Steven Rivas pleaded guilty to the charge Thursday in a Lamb County courthouse. The judge then sentenced him to 70 years in prison.

The attack happened in the woman's home in June of last year. Rivas lived next door.
