Debris Search Continues/ Funeral Held for Shuttle Astronaut

The search for shuttle debris continued on Friday in the farm fields of East Texas. So far, crews have found more than 22,000 pieces of debris.

In Corsicana, south of Dallas, the search team has found 400 pieces of debris after covering about 26,000 acres on foot. All the debris is bagged and labeled and sent to a large hangar at Kennedy Space Center for the investigation.

Meanwhile, family and friends gathered for the funeral of 43-year-old Astronaut Michael Anderson at Arlington Cemetery Friday. His casket was draped in the American flag and brought to the graveside service by horse-drawn carriage.
