13 new Lubbock Police officers protecting your community

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Lubbock Police Academy will graduate 13 new Lubbock Police Officers. With these 13 graduates, there are now 374 sworn officers in Lubbock.

These graduates completed a 23-week instruction course. these news officers will transfer to the LPD Patrol Division to begin the next phase of their training in the Field Training Officer Program. This is an extensive 15-week period in which they will ride along with experience Lubbock Police officers.

  • Jason Lepage
  • David McNeme
  • Jason Nuss
  • Michael Radford
  • Eric Thoen

Lubbock Police Academy Class 2010A is scheduled to begin with 21 new recruits on January 4, 2010.
