Crime Line offers increased incentives for citizens who help solve crimes

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock area law enforcement want to remind Lubbock citizens about the expanded cash bonus program that its Crime Line division is offering through February 28, 2010.

Citizens who have information regarding any unsolved burglary, robbery or homicide in Lubbock are urged to call Crime Line at (806) 741-1000. Callers with information leading to an arrest and conviction in a homicide will be rewarded $5000, while information which leads to an arrest and conviction in burglary and robbery cases will receive $1000.

With the holiday season in full swing, Crime Line officials hope these added cash incentives will motivate those with reliable information to come forward.
