LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Lubbock Police Department has captured a NewsChannel 11's Most Wanted suspect.
Marcus Payton, 34, was captured at 4 p.m. on Tuesday in the 1500 block of 29th Place. He was wanted on an active warrant for sexual assault on a child.
