A Childress man remained jailed for in Lubbock County Saturday night for attempted murder of a good Samaritan. Authorities say Oran Starkey, 39 opened fire on Matthew Cisneros, 27 Friday afternoon, about a quarter mile west of County Road 3700 on U.S. Highway 62/82.
