LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - On Wednesday, the parent company of Caprock Winery - Caprock Wine Company- filed for bankruptcy.

This filing allows the owners to continue day-to-day operations, while coming up with a plan to work with the company's creditors.

Caprock Winery has been in business since 1992.
