Fight between girlfriends, leads to shooting between men, LPD says

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock police are looking for two gunmen after a shooting in the 600 block of 37th Street Sunday evening.

Witnesses called 911 around 7 p.m. after gunshots were heard in the area. Police say four men were fighting when at least eight shots were fired. One man was shot in the foot another had three bullet marks on his jacket. Two of the shots hit one of the victim's home.

Police say the shooters were a Black man and an Hispanic man, both 19-years-old. They fled the scene in a four door white Chevrolet Impala. Police say the fight is linked to an ongoing argument between the men's girlfriends.
