Authorities booked the man charged with murder for a Friday stabbing into the Lubbock County Jail Saturday morning. Christopher Clark, 36 died after Friday afternoon after being stabbed in the neck at the Cricket Court Apartments near 58th Street and Interstate 27.

The Department of Public Safety reports another deadly accident on the South Plains. Paula Estrado, 79 of Snyder died Friday at a Lubbock hospital, after a crash in outside of Snyder just before 3:00 p.m.

A Lubbock murder suspect is now booked into the Lubbock County Jail. Authorities booked Charity Wilcots, 21 into the jail around 9:30 p.m. Friday.
