LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Wednesday morning court hearing is scheduled in the brand new legal battle between football coach Mike Leach and Texas Tech University.
The university announced Monday afternoon that Leach was suspended amid allegations that he mistreated player Adam James after a head injury. Leach claims in court records filed Tuesday that he would never hurt a player.
The hearing will be at 10 a.m. in the 99th District Court. NewsChannel 11 will be there and have results on-air, on-line, and via breaking news emails.
