Bread:
1 pkg. Fleischmann's RapidRise Yeast
1 1/4 cups of warm water
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
4 cups all purpose flour
Filling:
1 cup pepperoni chopped
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
4 garlic cloves chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 small to medium onion sliced
Bread: Mix yeast package to 1/4 cup warm water and let stand for 5 minutes. Add the yeast water to mixture of oil, salt, sugar and the remaining 1 cup of warm water. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Add beaten eggs and stir again. Cover bowl with thin cloth and let rise 2 - 3 hours in a warm place.
Filling: In coated skillet warm onions, garlic, pepperoni and oregano just until onions are soft. Cover set aside.
When dough is ready, turn onto floured surface and knead dough for 2 - 3 minutes. With a rolling pin, roll out to 1/2 inch thick rectangle. Spread pizza sauce over dough to 1/4 inch from edged of dough. Then spread pepperoni mixture of dough (needs to be cooled down). Sprinkle cheeses on. Roll in jellyroll fashion and let rise on large sprayed (cooking spray) cookie sheet for 3 hours covered.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 - 35 minutes. Garnish with cheese, pepperoni and onions.
