LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – Monday is the last day to file for office in the March 4th Primary. Arguably the most interesting local race to date is the State House seat being vacated by Carl Isett.
The Republicans have two candidates signed up and on the record. They are Mark Griffin and Ysidro Gutierrez. As for the Democrats, NewsChannel 11 is hoping for a returned call from the local chairwoman.
