A Brownsville couple is facing capital murder charges Wednesday. Police say they murdered their three children and left them for dead.
The kids were found in a downtown apartment. The Brownsville Police Chief describes the scene as a 'bloody, messy.' A 1-year-old was found decapitated, and two others ages five and younger were found in garbage bags. Police think the children have been dead since Monday night.
"All we know, the parents have been put into custody. They have confessed, the father has confessed, to killing the babies," said Brownsville Police Chief Carlos Garcia.
Their parents, 23-year-old Angela Camacho and her common law husband John Allen Rubio were each charged with three counts of capital murder. Bond has not been set either of them.
