There has been a development in the murder of Stanley Rodriguez. Lubbock Police found him shot dead inside a car parked near MLK and East Canyon Lake Drive on August 4th. Now, one of the men charged in his death says he saw the killing.
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) began a project to make safety improvements to FM 1264 Monday. The $118,261 project will add flashing beacons to two FM 1264 intersections in northern Lubbock County.
