With the first day of school less than a week away, the City of Lubbock wants to remind drivers that it is illegal to be on your cell phone in school zones. KCBD NewsChannel 11's Katie Bauer has more.

The Lubbock Police Department held a news conference Monday afternoon to release new developments in the May murder of Marcus Lewis. Lewis, 28, was found dead on May 23rd at his home near Erskine and North Frankford. According to police affidavits, it is believed three people played some role in this case.
