LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A judge sentences two of the 28 defendants in the same drug bust that netted two former Hockley County deputies. Billy Charles Fuller pleaded guilty last year and Friday was sentenced to 51 months (or just more than four years) in prison.
Kristi Ann Quillen also pleaded guilty last year and she was sentenced Friday to 30 months (or two and-a-half years) in prison. The bust was July 10th in Levelland.
Admitted ring leader Bobby Duwayne Froman along with former Deputies Gordon Bohannon and Jesse Quintanilla have also pleaded guilty and are awaiting sentencing.
