LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD)- Two Lubbock City Councilmen are calling for changes to the city's charter, and they want your input.
Councilmen John Leonard and Paul Beane say Lubbock's charter is dated and needs to be updated.
Leonard also says he wants to protect LP&L's coffers from politicians.
He will host a Town Hall meeting at 6 p.m. in the Whiteside Elementary library, 7508 Albany Avenue.
Councilman Bean will hold a meeting Tuesday evening at 6p.m., in the Honey Elementary School cafeteria. 3615 86th street.
