The City of Wolfforth is gearing up to celebrate 75 years of Frenship ISD. This weekend is Homecoming weekend for the district and all alumni are invited to attend the events.

Thursday evening, parents in the Frenship ISD learned which students could attend the new Heritage Middle school. The district presented three different scenarios to people.
Two home invasion suspects remained on the loose Thursday night. Lubbock Police report that two black men broke into an apartment near 36th and Quaker around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The first man stole a TV from Walmart. Surveillance captured the suspect back on September 3rd at the Walmart on Avenue Q. The second suspect used a stolen credit card at the Walmart on south Loop 289 back on September 17th.
