The rape victim in the Timothy Cole case is in Lubbock tonight, along with Cole's family members, hoping to get answers from the City of Lubbock. Timothy Cole died in prison in 1999 while serving time for a 1985 rape he did not commit. Questions still remain about why he went to jail in the first place.

Funeral arrangements have been set for a man killed in a motorcycle accident. Vance Boling, 48, was on his way to work downtown Friday morning when his motorcycle collided with a Chevy Avalanche in the middle of the intersection.
