City Serves Citizens With Fence - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Citizens in a North Lubbock neighborhood voiced their concerns and the City of Lubbock responded.

Parents living near a city park at North Globe and Loop 289 said their kids were playing too close to the access road. So the city built a fence to keep the kids away from traffic.

Construction on the fence began in January and just finished Friday.
