Although all of the 38 precincts have reported, there are 1,100 possible votes to be counted. Those are mail in ballots and the provisional ballots that will be counted by November 9th.

The woman who police say hit and killed a Lubbock County Sheriff's Officer with her truck has been charged with murder. Kellie Anne Lewis, 40, was arraigned and arrested in her hospital bed at University Medical Center. She faces murder and aggravated assault charges.
