LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock rallies for assistance to help victims in Haiti. The city has started the Lubbock Cares Fund, which involves BreedLove, the American Red Cross, and The Salvation Army.

To make a donation to the Lubbock Cares Fund, you can go to any American State Bank location.

United Supermarkets also wants to help make it easy for you to donate. Starting Sunday shoppers at any United, Market Street, or Amigos location can add a donation of $1 or more onto their bill at the register.

The campaign will last through January 31st; United will match the first $25,000 donated.
