LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD)- This morning clouds are expected, with winds and mild temperatures. For the afternoon skies will remain cloudy, and windy with areas of blowing dust. Tonight skies will remain cloudy.

Wednesday there is a slight chance of rain, with mostly cloudy and windy conditions. Thursday's forecast will be partly cloudy with breezes.
