2010 Baseball Season Tickets Now on Sale

LUBBOCK, TX The boys of summer will begin turning up the heat at Dan Law Field in just under a month as the 2010 baseball season gets underway on Feb. 19 and Red Raider fans can secure their seats now by purchasing season tickets.

Season ticket prices are priced at $75 for general admission, $99 for upper level reserved and $125 for lower level reserved.  Partial season ticket plans will also be available in 2010 and range from $20 to $60.

Texas Tech will play 32 of its 56-game regular season at the friendly confines of Dan Law Field including a 10-game opening homestand.  The Red Raiders open up the 2010 season with the Red Raider Classic Feb. 19-21 by hosting Jacksonville State and Michigan.  Tech will continue the season opening homestand with single midweek games against New Mexico and Dallas Baptist while hosting the Brooks Wallace Memorial Classic Feb. 25-28.

The Red Raiders will host five Big 12 Conference series at Dan Law Field this season including the 2009 NCAA runner-up Texas Longhorns (March 26-28), Kansas State (April 1-3), Oklahoma (April 16-18), Missouri (April 30-May 2) and Baylor (May 14-16).  All five Big 12 teams that will come to Dan Law Field this spring advanced to last year's NCAA Tournament.

A total of five non-conference opponents will make their debut at Dan Law Field in 2010: Jacksonville State, Michigan, Bethune-Cookman, Gonzaga and Alabama A&M.
