The top job at Lubbock Power and Light was officially filled Tuesday afternoon. As NewsChannel 11 was first to tell you last week, Interim City Manager Tommy Gonzalez was considering Carroll McDonald for the CEO position at LP&L.
On Tuesday, Gonzales made it official. McDonald replaces Paul Thompson, who resigned in February. McDonald worked with Southwestern Public Service for 30 years and he was with LP&L for 15-years.
