Red Raiders Win Second Straight, Boom Oklahoma 75-65

(KCBD) - The Texas Tech Red Raiders made it two Big 12 wins in a row beating the Oklahoma Sooners 75-65 at the United Spirit Arena on Saturday.  Down by 8 at halftime, Tech outscored the Sooners by 18 in the second half.

Junior Mike Singletary led the Red Raiders with a double double, 24 points and 10 rebounds, while junior guard David Tairu finished with 18 on 3-4 shooting from the three point line.

The win now improves the Red Raiders record to 14-5, 2-3 in the Big 12.  Tech now goes on the road Wednesday to face #1 Texas in Austin, with tip-off scheduled for 8:00 pm.
