LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – A Lubbock County jail inmates files a civil rights lawsuit.
Shaun Wilson is serving time for hot checks and forgery. He claims that a jailer assaulted him by pulling and twisting his arm through a set of jail bars. Wilson claims that this happened September 13th after a Cowboys football game on TV. He claims that during the assault the jailer referred to him as a "Cowboy hater" and demanded that Wilson say he loves the Cowboys football team.
Lubbock County has not yet filed its side of the story in court records. We'll follow up.
