By James Clark | email

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – Some big projects are on the way, if Lubbock City Council approves.  R & N Developments wants a zoning change for a student living complex and parking garage in the 300 block of University Avenue.

Experience Life Church will ask for a zoning change at 106th & Upland for a new church building.

A developer called North Park Lubbock Development wants zoning changes at North Loop 289 & Slide Road for 42 acres of unspecified retail, restaurants and hotels.

A Georgia-based developer, Williams & Associates, plans more than 31 acres of cottage style apartments at Erskine & North Memphis, which would need a zoning change.

The city council will consider the zoning requests on Thursday.
