Man charged for shooting at Estacado High School

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – Nineteen-year old Reginald Moore was arrested for the January 13th incident where he shot one round from a .38 caliber hand gun near the south parking lot of Estacado High School.  

Court documents say Moore has ties to gang activity. He is being held on $10,000 bond.
