Monique Smalls has started all 18 games for Texas Tech as the Lady Raiders point guard. With quick reaction and vision on the court, it's her major of architecture that helps play a role in that. With terrific looking sketches and designs of buildings, she's helping rebuild Lady Raiders Nation back to the top of the Big 12.
