Fire leaves family homeless Sunday night

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – There are new developments in a north Lubbock fire that left a family homeless on Sunday night.

The Lubbock Fire Marshal's Office says evidence in the house leads investigators to believe the fire was intentionally set.

The blaze caused significant damage to a rental house at 3105 Duke Street around 7:00 p.m. on Sunday evening. The three people who lived at the home were out of town at the time of the fire.

Three fire trucks responded to the blaze. There were no reports of injuries with this fire.
